Abstract:
As a result of the European legislation, it is necessary to put in the educational offer of the educational institutions, the distance eLearning training courses for the pilots of the aircraft without human pilot on board. The National Defense University "CAROL I" will be able to prepare in the future in the field of RPAS civil and military personnel in the form of university and post-university training. This will happen after several conditions specific to the accreditation of the specialized education are provided. For NACE [1] (CAEN) classification, no further interventions are necessary. All that is needed now is for any RPAS beneficiary to take the necessary steps to introduce specific occupations in the Classification of Occupations in Romania (COR).

The paper presents some proposals regarding the realization of an online course for training the remote pilots in the field of RPAS that can be realized quite quickly in The National Defense University "CAROL I" with the support of several entities from the National Defense System, Public Order and National Security, as well as with the support of the Association “UVS ROMANIA” and of the European Union ERASMUS + Program, “Educational for drones (eDrone)”.

First of all, I believe that the most suitable postgraduate program of permanent education that can be carried out at The National Defense University "CAROL I" is the Postgraduate Program of Qualification, respectively Re-Qualification, because new fields and specialized disciplines are included. The course will be carried out on two components, the military component - where the selected personnel will serve the structures within the National Defense System, Public Order and National Security - in which case they will collaborate intensely with the Aeronautical Training Staff and Training Air Force Base (Air Force Application School, Boboc-Buzău) with the beneficiaries who have drones and with the National Military Aeronautical Authority; the civil component - where the personnel will serve the state administration, the state and private companies - in which case they will collaborate intensively with the Association “UVS ROMANIA” and with the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority. The courses will have, a theoretical training module, ensured through distance learning (eLearning) and a practical training module that will be ensured through the care of the partners mentioned in the paper.
