Abstract:
Today social, political, economic shocks lead to an aggravation of ethnic contradictions in the world. In order to strengthen international relations, to unite the international community to solve common problems, it is important to create propitious conditions for formation of intercultural dialogue. The basis of it is the general moral, ethical and spiritual values for all. In this article we describe innovative educational models, which represent an effective form of intercultural communication, and also an effective mechanism of translation of ethical ideals, which do the life of any society stable. The productive model of intercultural communication is the international scientific and educational, cultural project "Festival of the Russian Literature and Art". This original event is held by department of philology of the South Ural State University. The purpose of the project is the formation of a mutual interest in different cultures, spiritual and moral education of youth which is based on the study of literature and art. They are a source of spiritual values. The involvement of young people from different countries in the creative process allows to create the feeling of a cultural community, spiritual unity. It is the base of successful intercultural dialogue. The purpose is achieving by the specific accessible, popular educational forms among the young people. We consider the needs of the young generation which are created by media culture.The Festival suggests the use of advanced remote technologies which allow to attract a large number of participants from different countries. Educational strategies are based on the latest information, interactive technologies and technologies of project training, which are the most productive in the modern humanitarian education. The project includes a part of scientific, educational, cultural activities which take place within a week. The participants from different countries listen to popular scientific lectures, which are broadcast in a teleconference format. The Festival consists of the competitive program (a competition on the best translation, a competition of posts, videos, theatrical and movie posters, design of the book, a competition "The best literary calendar", a competition of photos "We Read and See the World in Russian" and others). According to the results of competitions will be organized an exhibition of winners` works. The holiday of the art word, a music holiday "Musical impressions" are held within the Festival. "A literary ball" finishes the Festival. It is the holiday including a theatrical performance, dance and music program, literary competitions, where representatives from different national cultures take part in. All Festival events stimulate the creative activity of youth, interest to the art and culture of other countries; become effective form of international communication, cultural exchange.

Conclusion:
The international cultural and educational projects involving young people from different countries in the spiritual space of literature and the arts are an effective form of intercultural communication, promote to the strengthening of international cooperation, the formation of mutual interest, respect and interpenetration of cultures while preserving national identity for each side, which is one side of the dialogue - an important condition for peaceful co-existence of cultures in the conditions of crisis of international relations in Europe today.
