Increasing quality concern for higher education causes universities to improve their educational programs as well as concentrate more on competencies of their employees' and students'. Before universities take this actions they must know what needs and expectations have their key stakeholders and work out suitable strategy plan towards them. Stakeholder management should take place in whole life cycle of project and its one of key factors of project success. Management of stakeholders involvement within education project with wide range of project related to various targeted groups, multiplicity and diversity tasks and numbers of involvement people is no an easy task. How carry out this process with successful?

In this article this purpose will be consider. Therefore, in this paper will focus on the framework for stakeholders management in education project at the Silesian University of Technology. We describe which tools and techniques we use to process like identification, classification and judgement of stakeholders in entire project. Based on outputs of these process we develop stakeholders’ effective management plan which present how actions directed towards key, affective and potential active stakeholders as well as how inform them about progress, status and forecasts in projects. The main conclusion is that in this type of project there are various types stakeholders, whose requirements and purposes must be considered and managed. It means that the effective stakeholders management in this case need to multilateral meetings with key stakeholders, organize the clearly communication plan which be support by appropriate IT tools as well as building the matrix structure of the project team.
