Abstract:
Entrepreneurship plays a special role, which due to changes in the labor market, urbanization and globalization, the 4th industrial revolution, new "breakthrough" technologies, as well as in education and all other processes, will become even more unique in future economies, societies and the world in general.
All those changes once again confirm how important it is, especially in higher education, to develop entrepreneurial skills, and not only for those for whom entrepreneurship is a field of study. Theoretical and practical discourse analysis allows us to reaffirm that this is indeed being done, and in many different ways, but the most successful way is through collaboration between educational institutions and industry.
The article presents examples of such cooperation based on the experience of our university of applied sciences. One of the most successful activities here was organized by one of the new initiatives of the Erasmus+ program - BIP (blended intensive program), when international, intercultural, interdisciplinary groups of students had to solve real cases presented by real companies. Using a variety of interactive strategies and tactics (such as experiential learning, Hackathon, LEGO serious play, design thinking, etc.), students had to not only find a solution, but also present it to company representatives. The aim of the latter was not only to evaluate the solutions, but also to choose the most suitable ones. The article also provides an analysis of the pros and cons of the activity and the experiences of all participants.
