Abstract:
Globalization of economy is characterized by the manifestation of the multiple tendencies reflecting the complicated processes of the global transformation in the Labour Market. As a rule economists have analyzed some tendencies describing these or those processes of the global transformation in the field of Labour market.

The analysis of considerable number of scientific papers and own researches allowed to indicate the following trends of the global transformations in the Labour market as follows.

Firstly modern Labor Market is transforming from a protoglobal Labor Market to the global Labor Market which consists of the several glocal Labour Markets. In that case the glocal markets are formed within the regional integration unions.

Secondly formation of the global educational market, unification educational standards and creation of the educational space on which the role of brands of well-known universities is great.

Thirdly the expansion of the spatial boundaries of the movement of the Labour force. As the result the intensification of the movement of highly educated people and increase of cross-border migratory streams of low-skill Labour force. In the same time on the one hand the increasing competition among companies for high skilled Labor force and on the other hand the creation of the innovative system of workplaces is slowed down during global crisis. This fact leads to an aggravation of the problem of the employment among youth who just graduated from the Universities and has no work experience.

Fourthly the enhancing a role of the households in making decision on the investment in the human capital. Financial burden on households is increasing in the countries with emerging markets as there is a replacement of models of a financing of education and health care. The new model unlike the previous model is based on full or partial payment of education and health care.

Fifthly the establishment of the flexible forms of employment and the expansion of forms of application of outsourcing model. Flexible employment is characteristic for post-industrial economy when the content of work and concept a workplace changes. The need for results of intellectual work which creation isn't attached to a certain workplace increases in modern economy. The outsourcing model proved the efficiency not only as the offshore model. Now the given model is widely used in national economies and regional economic associations.

Sixthly the increasing the level of the homogenization, unification and standardization of the consumer fund. Thanks to the transnationalization of world economy the goods of almost all popular brands are available practical without restrictions in the different countries of the world.

Thus the development of the modern concept of global transformations in the Labour Market has to be based on an integrated approach which would bring together researches of the scientists and also the new directions proposed by the authors.
