Abstract:
This communication is about a flipped learning experience that is being carried out at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Edificación (ETSEM) of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) during the 2018-2019 academic year and is framed within the Educational Innovation Projects subsidized by the university.

The subject matter of the project is Descriptive Geometry I in the Double Degree in Building and Business Administration taught in the ETSEM. It is a subject of six credits that has two weekly sessions of two hours each.

The experience has had two clearly defined phases. In the first one, during the second term of the 2017-2018 academic year the necessary teaching materials have been prepared. The second, which is being developed in the first term of the 2018-2019 academic year, consists in the implementation of the experience itself.

During the first phase, a total of 128 educational videos have been made and grouped into a YouTube channel that has subsequently facilitated the monitoring of the experience.

The development of the second phase is being carried out with two groups and a total of 120 students. The work is developed with computer programs and the course management is being carried out using the Moodle platform of the UPM.

Although at the time of writing this abstract it is premature to draw conclusions, which we will be able to do in the final presentation of this work, we believe that it is worthwhile to persist in this line of work and that the main difficulties that are being observed are derived to a large extent, of external causes and only in part to the inertias derived from traditional teaching.
