Abstract:
The teacher professional development model is an important part of teacher education and a key link in cultivating teachers' individual styles, consolidating their professional knowledge, and improving their teaching techniques. Retrospect the value connotation, we explore the evolutionary characteristics of the macro design from government-led to multi-subject collaboration, the development of teacher groups from broken chains to integration, and the development of individual teachers from passive to active. Prospect, we need to deepen the reform of the teacher professional development model by innovating from the government's macro-regulation of teacher professional development policies, strengthening the integration concept of the teacher professional development model, and integrating the elements of the teacher professional development model, as well as improving teachers' educational knowledge, teaching techniques, and teaching reflection. The education system is always directly related to development and changes in society. A teacher is a specialist on whom the future of any society depends, because he works with children, that is, he prepares for an active life those who will live in this society and develop it further. Therefore, teachers’ training and their further professional development are the main problems of modern education science. The teacher training system is always influenced by processes occurring in society, changes that occur in social systems and institutions.

China has entered a new era of educational modernization, and the main goal of China's education development has shifted from pursuing large-scale education to pursuing high-quality education. Its important driving force comes from high-quality teachers, while China's Ministry of Education issued the policy "Focus on Building a High-Quality Teaching Force" on March 21, 2022, putting forward the concepts that respecting teachers mean respecting knowledge, values, and the future of the country, and emphasizing the need to strengthen teachers' professional development in the new era and promote teacher model reform and other initiatives. Currently, China is in the deep water of teacher education reform, filled with diversified interests and diverse levels of teacher needs, etc. There is an urgent need to reform the traditional and single model of teacher professional development.

In order to meet the needs of the times, meanwhile the intrinsic value of teacher professional development in the era. Prospect the future direction of China's teacher professional development model. This paper uses educational historical research method and documentary research method mainly. Educational historical research method is a research method that analyzes, deciphers and organizes the historical materials of relevant socio-historical processes in order to recognize the past, present and predict the future of the research object, and its essence lies in exploring the development process of the research object itself or recognizing things, rather than simply describing specific historical events or historical figures. This paper explores the essence of the process of teacher professional development model by reviewing the connotation, exploring the characteristics of the evolution, and based on this, predicting the future trend and comprehensively exploring the essence of the process of teacher professional development model.
