Abstract:
The long-lasting effects of post-pandemic have ushered in transformative changes in higher education, giving rise to a "New Normal" that profoundly affects students' emotional well-being, academic achievements, and overall performance. Amid this context, educational landscapes experienced significant social disruptions. From this disruption emerges profound effects on students' emotional well-being, with heightened stress and anxiety fueled by uncertainties surrounding the post-pandemic. The presented article examines the profound effects on students' emotional well-being and analyzes heightened stress, anxiety, and grief experiences. The comparative study between the United States of America and Georgia explores the institutional responses to hybrid learning models and social-emotional learning programs. The study findings provide practical strategies and recommendations for American and Georgian Higher Education Institutions to foster an inclusive and supportive educational environment in this transformative era. Keywords:
