Abstract:
Student behavior should be improved to integrate into the community. The student has some expectations regarding their higher education experience, the school must provide different learning processes in some way tailored to their profile. The teacher as manager of the learning process is sensitive to the potential of each student and promotes group tasks in which the goal is to achieve true synergy among all. In this paper we describe an EduScrum application as a pedagogical approach based on mathematics courses of the ISEP Engineering bachelor program. EduScrum builds on top of the Scrum project management methodology and active learning best practices, such as peer learning and embrace correction. This framework allows students to develop their capacity for autonomy and responsibility in the agent of the learning process that previously belonged to the teacher. We also present some results of this process of active learning.
