Abstract:
Introduction:
Students from the degree of Physiotherapy in the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Málaga carry out their first-year practices in the subject "Fundamentals of Physiotherapy". It is a very important subject with the objective of learning the bases and roots of the profession they have chosen. The practical section of this subject is based on nine practices with their corresponding activities and tasks described below. Until this year, all activities were carried out by debates after searching for information about the different topics explained in the subject. In this course 2019/2020 and after observing that students used the mobile phone in class to search for information much more frequently than any other electronic device, we developed a Diary of practices in which the student can learn through various activities, QR codes, as well as model cards to fill in and conceptual schemes.
With this system, they can face with more enthusiasm a very theoretical subject, which is not usually very attractive for first-year students. An example of the topics that are worked on as practices in class and their corresponding tasks is the following:
Topic 2. The deontological code in physiotherapy

In this activity, the student must scan these codes and see the differences and similarities of the different deontological codes in Spain, in order to learn what it is a deontological code as well as its importance and meaning. This subject in particular, if not done in an attractive way, can be tiresome. Doing it this way, the student, besides working with current methodologies, can put into practice skills such as autonomous work, teamwork, critical reasoning...

Objective:
The main objective of this paper is to show the adaptation and development of material for university learning strategies, based on the acquisition of skills such as autonomous work, teamwork, critical thinking and reasoning.

Content and context of the experience:
It has been carried out in the first year of the Physiotherapy Degree in the University of Málaga, in the second term of the course, from February to June. The developed material, published by the publications service of the University of Málaga, was provided free of charge to the students.
In addition, this year with the peculiarity of having to carry out all the teaching has been done online, due to the Covid19 this material has been even more useful, since the students could share it in electronic format, at the same time that they met virtually.

In conclusion, we can say that the mean grade of the students in the examination of this subject has been higher than in previous years. In addition, it is important to emphasize that it has been a success in the great participation of the students in the different debates from the tasks, that are voluntary.
