Abstract:
The experiment was carried out with a group of teachers from different educational levels, Childhood, Primary, Secondary and University, which through a project of the NGO “Madre Coraje”, have developed a process of cooperative learning using a digital platform in order to share experiences in the design and testing of educational proposals on Education for Development (ED). In this virtual learning environment participants started from very different levels of professional development, some were volunteers from the NGO with some previous experience in ED, and others were recruited by tutors who coordinated the educational process. The format is based on an asynchronous online network where activities were suggested in three phases: design of a proposed intervention in the classroom, testing, and research proposal evaluation. That online work was complemented with classroom work through a series of meetings in a seminar format. Taking into account the singularity of the process and the heterogeneity of the participants we have found some interesting results related to the interaction and exchange of experiences. Keywords:
