Abstract:
The scientific article reveals the features of the personnel corporate training in the financial organization "URALSIB", which affect its overall development strategy. Attention is given to various models of corporate training, which provides an increase in the professional competence of the companies' employees and organizational development. Continuous and systematic training of personnel is particularly relevant in the context of globalization and digitalization of the economy. Human is recognized as the most valuable resource of the organization. This is due, in part, to the fact that staff are the most adaptive type of resources. Due to such adaptability, the organization is able to quickly change in response to unexpected demands of the external environment, maintain controllability in conditions of instability of parameters, time constraints and in the absence of other types of resources. Thus, organizations are faced with the task of preparing a special type of staff, the most important qualities of which will be professional flexibility and mobility. This requires continuous in-house training: only this can guarantee the necessary qualifications and a continuous increase in the competencies of employees. When in-house training reaches the system level, it begins to affect the entire structure of the organization, stimulate the training of employees and managers of all levels of the organizational hierarchy. Training of personnel becomes a factor triggering organizational changes. Systematic effects can support the motivation of personnel. An effective system of the personnel training in the organization provides not only the employees with new knowledge and skills and a high level of their professionalism, but also solves a number of management tasks. These include the translation of the standards of the company's work, development strategies, technology activities; maintaining a positive attitude towards work; formation of a sense of belonging to the company; motivation for further work. Investments in the knowledge and skills of employees are direct investments in the development of the company. Modern companies that include in the program of strategy a complex of continuous education of employees, will be able to compete in the leading positions in their market in the long term. To effectively achieve the goals of corporate training aimed at strengthening the skills of employees and fulfilling the strategic tasks of the financial corporation, it is necessary to create a modern educational space within which it is possible to provide the necessary professional level and to shape the personal qualities of the employees of the organization.Keywords:
