Abstract:
Currently ICT are a fundamental basis for the development of activities in different areas of daily life, such as economics, administration, health, education, etc. The main objective of this research was to create new tools to support education, combining different instruments developed thanks to the rise of technology and web 2.0. This type of tool allows to support teachers and students during the teaching - learning process, analyzing different quality criteria aimed at the development of competences in students through communication and feedback regarding their content, combining pedagogical structures, technological, visual language and criteria based on the user experience, in order to get to transmit in an optimal way to those involved in this process.

After developing the research, it was possible to define that one of the educational strategies based on the ICT that could sustacially support the educational process are the learning objects, which necessarily require the use of technology and audiovisual media to be able to be executed, for which, the transmission of the content to subjects must be effective and intuitive.

In order for learning objects to be effective, they must meet certain quality criteria, which were determined after applying information gathering techniques to users of this type of objects and experts in the area, finding criteria such as effective content management, the balanced composition of its pedagogical structure, the efficiency in the technological structure and the correct use of the multimedia language. In addition, it was determined that these objects allow to reflect, support and develop a collaborative work in the teaching process, thanks to qualities based on user experience such as: relevance, reusability, flexibility and accessibility, thus promoting learning shared and collaborative between teachers and students.
