The important civil state strategy is to foster collaboration between the people, the public and the private sectors in providing consultations, sharing responsibilities and joining operations. Likewise, civil state schools (Pracharath school) in Thailand are partnerships in education between the public sector, the private sector and the civil society organization (CSO) to mobilize and enhance the standard of basic education and leadership development, which is aimed for sustainable society and economic growth. The schools emphasize on creating educational change in the country, including enhancing students’ skills and knowledge, providing student-centered curriculums, improving school administrator and teacher performance, increasing school accessibility to digital infrastructure, encouraging participation between the community; Thai experts; and foreign experts, and becoming the regional education hub for the cutting-edge technology studies. The civil state schools entail collaboration among all parties steering to reduce inequality, along with to empower human resources – increase the ability to compete and develop the high potential youth that is excellent in both soft and hard skills. In brief, the civil state schools are innovative practices of Thai educational administration; the reform that is geared to internationalization of education.
