Abstract:
Training on new technologies is necessary but difficult to implement in a university environment.
Business Intelligence (BI) is very up-to-date and dynamic tendency. Adapting the learning process to new trends in Data Analysis and Visualization is difficult and time consuming. The choice of a modern BI tool for the learning process goes through several stages. First, an analysis of available BI tools on the market should be made. Then, an evaluation of the tools, to choose the most appropriate for training purposes. Training and / or certification of a teacher is followed. It is only then that the appropriate training program for BI specialists can be implemented. This process usually takes between one and two years, which slows down significantly the incorporation of new technologies into the learning process, and market dynamics pose a significant challenge to higher education.
This article looks at an innovative approach that allows a faster and more effective adaptation of the curriculum for training on advanced BI tools and the creation of specialists in data analysis and visualization.
