Abstract:
Contemporary in teaching process of business students, methods that create active learning background are not used enough and does not bring required feedback between realized students` activities and their results. This condition is fulfilled in the case of managerial simulation game that allows students through the game to understand business economics and management including the market rules. At the same time during the playing the game students acquire new experience through mutual interaction among the members of the team as well as among the teams forming the relevant market. Students realize that their decision is influenced by the decisions of the other participants in the branch. Aim of the paper is to describe experiences from using managerial simulation game ICE CREAM created for business education and also determine benefits for students. Managerial simulation game ICE CREAM allows students to understand operation of company producing ice creams and to learn how to manage company so that production can react to seasonal fluctuations of demand quantity and at the same time learn how to be better than competitors at the market in economic results.Keywords:
