Abstract:
The paper focuses on the creation and evaluation of a multimedia teaching aid in a form of the video guide that helps students of the Faculty of humanities.

Tomas Bata University in Zlin. The aid was also used by students of the secondary school as the extension of the subject called Multimedia, where the multimedia software is taught. Didactic aid also helps students of the distance curriculum at the Faculty of Applied Informatics, Tomas Bata University in Zlín. We created the video tutorial focused on the selected programs from the Adobe package and the Windows Movie Maker video editing program. The aim of this paper ase to create an electronic multimedia tool that helps students quickly and easily overcome the pitfalls of programs and familiarize with programs in the primary user scale for the creation of their digital materials. The multimedia utility is created as supporting electronic material that is suitable not only as a supplement to printed literature.

Part of the outs is also a website where a description of didactic aids is available together with a brief description of each video. Among other things, you will find the recommended site programs for studying literature and information on where to download or buy programs on this website.

In the theoretical background of the paper we describe the advantages of visual aids and the methodology of creation of own materials. We also briefly describe the programs for what they serve. In the next chapter we also mention the tutorials already created, where they can be found. In the next chapter we describe used programs for creating the video tutorials and working with these programs. T
In the last chapter we evaluated the efficiency and quality of the created
multimedia teaching aids using questionnaires.
