Abstract:
There are many problems generated by the adaptation of our university education to the requirements of the European Higher Education Area and many also the solutions to each of them from our own experience. However, nowadays, in spite of the time, this problem still persists.
We have adapted the organization of teaching, assessment methodology, the distribution of teaching time and student work, and have even adapted by other areas that support the implementation of new teaching methods. But we must follow the adaptation focusing in the textbooks to support teaching. Students need materials to adapt the new way of learning that raises the EHEA. It is important to consider that, in the field of law; legal manuals begin to adopt new and systematic ways that allow for adaptation to new learning systems.

The aim of this paper is precisely to expose the provided solution to this problem from the legal areas.
