Abstract:
Under Lean Startup was created Bloque9 a marketing, communication and sales Internet solutions agency under the philosophy of creating solutions for SMEs and show the impact of the Internet to traditional media such as radio, television, newspaper. In order to test whether it was feasible to invest time and effort, and without applying market research, but rather by running this business idea starting to sell since the early days the Lean Startup methodology was applied to demonstrate the benefits and the incredible potential to do so slender a company avoid spending unnecessary time, effort and economic investment assuming something that we think will work, but rather on the market and see if it really works. By creating a company under this methodology allows development of products or services from the moment we have an idea while leaving the office to test our development, well in advance of the final version comes out, so we see if our hypothesis is correct and we really have a niche market, iterating this process is how we realize if we are doing the right product or service, and investigate if we think of customers first. The lack of new companies and the unemployment problem that currently exists, can be solved in the creation of new companies applying this methodology.
