Abstract:
The evaluation of the integral tutoring programme is carried out by means of opinion polls to tutors and tutored students whom are part of the programme. These polls have the finality to know how has been the start up of the tutoring action and how many aspects can be improved. In addition, is meant to make a study to check how integral tutoring has an influence in the reduction of the academic failure.

The distribution and analysis of the polls are carried out through the “Gabinete de Planificación y Programación” of the Rey Juan Carlos University. The polls are sent to tutors and tutored students through the e-mail at the end of the academic year. The evaluation is based on three objectives
+Find the possible difficulties in the tutoring action.
+Analyze the influence of the tutoring action on the tutored students.
+Study the influence of the programme on the reduction of the academic failure.

METHODOLOGY:

The polls are presented to tutors and tutored students. These polls expose several questions with possible answers. The objective is to replay in the most correct way what each one thinks over according to his experience in the programme. The questions are aimed to get information about the utility of the tutoring action plan, the tutor- tutored students relationship, the aspects that would be improved. The tutors and tutored students that participate in the programme can add some opinions, comments or suggestions from surveys carried out by students and tutors at the end of the polls. Of course, in all the moment is guaranteed the confidentiality of the answers.
