Abstract:
This article presents the main environment elements that influence the b-learning strategies design. The reflection made is based on the research done. This work lasted three years and resulted in a new framework that helps the integration of web technologies on the information and technology system units at higher school.
The initial model that comes up from the literature review and personal experience was tested and improved in four cycles of an action-research combined with a case study research. As an instruction model, the framework showed pretends to be a guide in the definition of management procedure, planning, development and implementation of b-learning processes. It enhances the design of creative and motivating web learning activities, in order to reach the objectives. The b-learning environment elements such as the context, learners’ features, instruction needs, e-contents, prerequisites and web technologies should be taken into account when we are designing an instruction strategy. The value of these elements, which is discussed along this article, reflects on the learning outcomes.
