Abstract:
The professional training of the university student requires not only the development of labor competencies in accordance with their disciplinary training and the requirements of the productive sector to which they will be linked laborly. Also, there must be a permanent and effective approach to the reality of the organizational management of the companies offering jobs. For this reason, higher education institutions must create spaces for participation and openness to opportunities for work practices for their students in real spaces in accordance with the different disciplines of study, that is, to bring the professional future closer to the reality of the productive sector that it waits, in order to generate a greater and effective impact on the organizational management to which it is linked. These spaces of practice are protected, as is obvious from the normative not only institutional but also legal in education and labor matters (Alvarez, 2016).

For this reason, it is necessary to identify what are the requirements that the business productive sector has with respect to the professional graduated. With the aim of addressing them through the generation of strategies that strengthen student training within universities, being these, the architects of strategies through the formulation of action plans that facilitate the quality and relevance of the graduate in the productive sector. Based on the premise, an investigation aimed at analyzing advisory and consulting services for micro and small entrepreneurs in the city of Bogotá was carried out through a methodological design with a qualitative approach, descriptive and supported in the documentary review and Field work (focus groups and questionnaires) (Stake, 2005; Yin, 2009; Creswell, 2014), to identify their main management needs, obtaining the following conclusions:
1. Internally, the problem is generated mainly by lack of support from financial institutions, which allow them to acquire loans for the expansion of their business, because they do not have the capacity to borrow, support or credit life.
2. The needs mentioned above are based on timely and assertive training in the fields related to the administrative, accounting and financial area, since the main interest of the entrepreneurs has been limited to the commercialization of products.
3. In financial and commercial aspects are highlighted as relevant, poor pricing, as well as the absence of strategies, marketing plans and advertising.
4. Similarly, the influence of the external environment such as government policies, unfair competition, the incursion of foreign products into the Colombian market has generated a decrease in sales considerably affecting the stability of their businesses.

Finally, based on the results obtained, there is a need to propose management strategies to strengthen the training of university students in Administrative Sciences, specifically from the perspective of professional practice in the real productive sector.
