Abstract:
Virtual education transcended traditionalism, because of the benefits offered using ICT, since teachers have incorporated gamification into their practice as a strategy that enhances student motivation. The purpose of the study was to establish the teaching conditions for the integration of gamification, mediated using ICT in the Master's Degree in Applied Digital Technologies. University of Santander, Colombia. The methodology was developed from the mixed approach, feasible project, descriptive level, field design, through the application of a descriptive survey. It is concluded that within the conditions to integrate this strategy to the master's degree are the knowledge that the teacher must have about the use of ICT and the potential offered by gamification to strengthen their practice and generate in the student the development of skills linked to interest, teamwork and self-regulation of learning.
