Abstract:
Internet nowadays has developed a series of tools for the inclusion of people who suffer from a disability so that they have access to a greater percentage of information hosted on the websites. The audio description of texts is an example that we have already discussed in previous publications.

In recent years the Internet has evolved in many aspects, we have seen since its creation with WEB 1.0 and its static content has been improving day by day exponentially through adaptive sites, dynamic, semantic and lately with the WEB 4.0 that is characterized to see the Internet everywhere even in some home appliances. Internet has evolved in all aspects, nowadays it is common to see how some sites already have the ability to adapt to the resolutions of the client devices that visit them through the functionalities provided by CSS and other libraries. Adaptive and responsive websites are very useful since the same website can be viewed from any device, but we will propose an adaptability not only to the resolution, but also to the physical needs of each user.

In this article, we will talk about the adaptability of websites, but not referring to the resolution in pixels, on the contrary, we are talking about the ability to adapt to the physical and physiological needs of people who visit the site. We refer to the disabilities that a user may present, such as motor disability, deafness or blindness.

The adaptation of the website will consist of displaying in the browser a website specially designed for each type of person with a specific disability. It does not help a blind person to visit a website full of letters or images, they need a website with audio plugins, or an audio chat connection in real time with an agent who is in the backend of the web site.

To achieve this, the client’s browsers have to be modified and a server-side development is needed for the user detection through extra parameters that will be added to existing global variables and also a set of web pages that will be displayed depending on the detected user with the previous method.

The product of this research has already been implemented in a local network with good results, our intention is that this implementation has a high social impact in a global way, standardizing this method so in the future webmasters not only are going to make web sites that consist of a group of pages that will be displayed depending on the capabilities of the client and the device he uses. It will also take into consideration the physical capabilities of the user, which allows the inclusion of a greater number of people that will improve their life quality.
