Abstract:
Tacit Knowledge is a powerful source of competitive advantages of an organization. It is essential for creating the innovations. Unfortunately, Tacit Knowledge is individual and invisible, cannot be easily captured and documented. The schools convey the knowledge only in the formal forms. However we know that the tacit knowledge was immense in size and hidden in human. How can we acquire it?.

To achieve this circumstances, we analyze the group conversations in a proper environment to energize the group members to share their creativity derived from their own intelligence, experiences and skills over time. They interact with each other while they are in conscious. A group of members can be the people from different expertise or cross-functional who have good relationship to other members in the group. Apart from this, the information system is formed as an enabler to create and share the knowledge. The information system techniques are integrated along the five stages of Tacit Knowledge sharing.

The five stages comprise:
1) the conversation collection
2) topic extraction
3) topic categorization
4) experiment
5) implementation.

The human voice is translated into the dialogue using speech recognition procedure in the first stage. The next two stages are to extract the topics from the dialogue and categorize them by ontology method. Then, we test the result by human. The final result provide the explicit knowledge. The last step is creating the instructional media by information technology such as multimedia, virtual reality, software, social media or any emerging tools of knowledge presentation.

This paper propose an information technology platform for transferring a tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge by social exchange. That knowledge will be ready to publicize by others. The complete platform can be applied to all industries for the purpose of learning new things, enhancing the performance, or building up their own new products, services or procedures for sustainable development.
