Abstract:
The aim of this work is to analyse the abilities and skills that can be worked on in this Serious Game which allows users to manage a company of the technological sector for several months.
This Game is used to promote innovation among university and vocational training students to foster skills and abilities such as sustainability, spirit of innovation, Initiative and entrepreneurship, problem-solving, risk-taking, continuous improvement, orientation towards quality, capability for planning and organization, strategy skills, information management capabilities, independent learning, adaptability to different environments, responsibility and resource management.
In this respect, the methodology used in this work is based on the analysis of an experience of simulation carried out in the learning area and orientated to university and vocational training students in the Scientific-Technological Base. In this study, we have used the ordinary least squares (OLS) or linear least squares to analyze the positive influence in the process of learning that it had been achieved using the serious games.
