Abstract:
Confidence in the digital world needed a technological base, which allows going beyond the mere fact of facilitating and guaranteeing transactions through a third party. The education sector is not an exception, actors of an educational system increasingly oriented and reinforced with digital resources, each time with less dependence on face-to-face training format, but rather we face the challenge and the opportunity to enhance the concept and practice of ubiquitous education.

That digital confidence is the center of the digital transformation in the current educational system and the most challenging ubiquitous future.

How to provide coverage or guarantee that trust if we intend to go towards a ubiquitous formation, increasingly open, with nuances that go out of regulated training (as we currently conceive it)? The answer is BlockChain.

BlockChain provides several functions that will help achieve that confidence, such as:
1. No dependence on a third party to validate and certify a transaction.
2. Greater agility in the verifications and certifications of a professional title.
3. Greater transparency in the information and documentation.
4. An unknown (until now) application of the concept of immutability in the information.
5. A scaled and incremental security level, which not only protects sensitive data of the participants in the BlockChain.
6. Equality, not only in rights but also in duties.
7. Automation of routine operational tasks through intelligent contracts that will eliminate completely the tedious and long processes in person.
8. A greater value provided by the training entities and their managers.
9. Minimization and elimination of errors by manual processes or attempts to alter information and documentation.

BlockChain, in the education sector, does not come to eliminate responsibilities but rather to grant them greater relevance and respect from the moment of compliance and coverage of the above-mentioned functionalities.

The current regulated education, faces a challenge that goes beyond a mere digital transformation, faces the ubiquity and new educa-Tech models, where they prevail: Intelligent learning, Non-regulated training, Collaborative education, Centralization in knowledge, Academic contribution, Education by transversal layers, Discovery of new professions, Education with self-generated data, Exploration of support technologies.

The proposed educa-Tech model will cover all levels of transactions that will be registered in the BlockChain. Transactions that go from the first registration of students to join in the education system with the corresponding validation actions of their identification, certification of courses taken, history, tests performed, work delivered, training plan scheduled, etc.

In the educa-Tech model, it aims not only to support the current system, not only to automate current tasks or processes but also to limit the current system to a disruptive technology as BlockChain. The educa-Tech model proposes a radical change in the form and background of the training and its participation of the actors of the entire chain of knowledge generation.

This paper deals with this new proposed model: educa-Tech. Deepening the relevance that a technology like BlockChain has on him for its development and empowerment. It will go into detail of who and with what roles they participate, the levels of interaction and collaboration, knowledge flows, categorizations of academic certifications, among others.
