Abstract:
The modern world is rapidly changing. According to UNESCO, the number of people who want to get an education significantly exceeds the number of places in educational institutions. In this regard, online learning is an uptodate topic.
The focus of this study is to research university educators' digital competences, such as: digital literacy, communication & cooperation, digital content creation. The main point of the research was to measure the initial level of digital competences which was done by conducting a survey as well as involving digital tools.
The outcome of undertaken research demonstrates that due to current demand of education market, more and more courses are to be available online. During the quarantine period 2020, the investigation of digital competencies of university educators appeared to be a priority.
