Abstract:
How are enterprises coping with the need to retain and nurture talent in our new hybrid and remote working world while keeping pace with business and technology? To do both, we first need to close the digital skills gap. In the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and the reality of what economists are calling "The Great Resignation," this is proving harder than ever to do. In this session, the author will discuss why the investment in technical learning and training will help companies build talent from within, all while future-proofing their businesses. The best part? This can be done at any time, from anywhere, on the terms of the individual learner. By rethinking how we engage remote workers, facilitate more intuitive learning pathways, and create opportunities to apply this knowledge, we can create a culture of learning – something today's businesses can't afford to ignore.
