Abstract:
It is of higher consideration that success of every human being depends upon the Quality Education. We are blessed with the generation of young age and spirit. It is our responsibility to nurture the talent of this new generation.
Swami Vivekananda firmly believed that, “Education is the process by which character is formed, strength of mind is increased, and intellect is sharpened, as a result of which one can stand on one’s Feet”. A good quality system must have learning process without any limitations and barriers.
A good learning process should facilitate the pupil to satisfy the various hunger needs such as aspirations, abilities, competencies, interest and opportunities, etc.
It is generally believed that the inclination of graduates is more towards management courses. There could be many reasons like, job opportunities, salary offered, interest, etc. But still there is a gap between management education offered to these graduates and expectations of corporate from these student.
The concept of Learning without Barriers explains the management student’s views about job, employment opportunities, ambition, and aspirations.

Objectives of the Study:
1) To study the issues and concerns of management students.
2) To study the expectations of corporate from the management students.
3) To improve the various skills that makes the students versatile.

Research Methodology:
This research is based on the primary as well as secondary data.
This exploratory study consists of a standard questionnaire. The sample size for this study is 100 students from business/ management courses.

Limitations of the Study:
1) The issues and concern of every student may be different. Hence it is difficult to predict the outcome of the research work.
2) The answers are based on the perception of the students. Hence it may not be the correct reflection of scenario.

Research Implications:
The research topic aims to highlight various issues and concerns of the management students. This research work tries to minimize the gap between level of expectation of corporate from the management students and actual level of students in terms of ambitions, abilities, competencies, knowledge, skills, etc.
