Abstract:
Architecture students at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca have a high interest in outgoing Erasmus mobilities, making them champions among the other faculties. Their interest is justified by the educational part as well as by the cultural opportunities. Each year about 35 students out of the total 540 students of the faculty study abroad, while other 10 to 15 students choose traineeship mobilities in architecture offices around Europe. The foreign partners offer 30 destinations in 12 countries and the chance to life-changing educational and cultural experiences. The faculty values these Erasmus exchanges as a source of educational and personal development of its students. Moreover, the feedback of the students on their experiences is valuable for future students as well as for the faculty.

The article analyzes the ways the faculty encourages and requests student feedback upon their return from their outgoing mobilities. Also, it examines how the feedback is used for improving the quality of the educational process and student individual professional development.
