Abstract:
In the next twenty years, huge changes will occur given today’s technological maturity. The growing complexity of the world requires that companies and society anticipate future needs; for this purpose, they have a strong commitment to talent, lifelong learning and innovation. In addition, the speed of changes is increasing exponentially with respect to the previous revolutions. In this context, education systems must adapt to be proactive facing future challenges, while solving those of the present.
Among the consequences of current technological maturity we find that the differential between wages is lower; and competitiveness of economies and organisations is now based on better technology and more talent. Therefore, the fast pace of technological change requires that talent must also accelerate its development. Thus, innovative training models are emerging in order to solve the slowness and difficulties of those existing in Europe, that are more traditional and formal.
In this article, most innovative and with better performance training models are analysed; then common features of those successful models are described. Keywords:
