This work has the goal to analyze the impact of the Web 2.0 tools in education, either in e-learning or in presential learning.
Web 2.0 has brought collaboration tools that made us all proactive readers and authors, thirsty for information.
Strategies to optimize gathering and search of information are shown using social bookmarking, blogs, wikis and RSS feeds.
Finally, considerations are made about what to expect from Web3.0 and its contribution in education.
