Abstract:
The main task of management in a global environment is to shift the focus to transnational and cross-cultural competencies, which play an important role in the management of a diverse workforce in organizations. Thorough knowledge of cultural variables is important for managers in the process of carrying out management functions and implementing administrative decisions. It has become an important problem today to find out what demands the modern labor market places on a new generation of graduates and vice versa, it is also important to determine what job seekers expect in terms of work and career. The most important task for managers is to find out what measures should be taken to unite the workforce under a common goal and expectation. Therefore, managers need to pay close attention to the organizational climate and its determinants.

It is noteworthy fact that the emotions and attitudes of employees have a significant impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction affects a number of organizational behaviors and can greatly determine employee well-being. These are the issues we need to focus on in the process of training future managers. Considering the role of job satisfaction and emotional intelligence, psychological factors that influence employee behavior are noteworthy. It is also important that individual differences will have quite different impacts on the process of obtaining job satisfaction.

Considering the fact that in a multicultural environment it is necessary to have sufficient knowledge of different business cultures, basic methods and approaches to their study in order to achieve high results; It is also necessary to be able to substantiate the impact that national business culture has on corporate culture and the performance of the management functions of the organization; It is necessary to form and develop effective intercultural communication with representatives of other cultures in the process of obtaining higher education. The teaching process should also aim to develop the cultural competence and tolerant attitude of future managers towards people of different religions and beliefs.
