Abstract:
Introduction:
Entrepreneurship spirit work has a number of generic associated skills such as creativity, autonomy, self-confidence and responsibility. Law Degree student must have, firstly legal knowledge but simultaneously, must know these generic skills that allow oneself to teamwork, occupation to be undertaken in the future in their professional life.

Objectives:
The objectives of the study were;
1- To highlight the importance of generic skills in Law Degree at the European University of Valencia, Spain, as the student's own entrepreneurial spirit;
2- To teach the student not only the legal content but also the behavior before different situations in their professional lives.

Method:
The methodology of this work consisted on, in the first place in the development of an entrepreneurial capacity test comprising 40 multiple-choice questions and in second place; the student must answer these questions anonymously to accumulate points. According to their score, students were classified into 4 groups according to their entrepreneurship spirit.

Results:
The results showed that most students had a high entrepreneurial spirit with weaknesses in some aspects that can be strengthened from the study of transversal competences guided by the teacher.

Conclusion:
This study has highlighted the importance of transversal competences in Law Degree students focusing on the entrepreneurial spirit of their future professional life.
