PEDAGOGICAL USABILITY AND APPLICATIONS FOR MLEARNING OF STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

The author presents a contrast between technological and pedagogical usability propose for Nokelainen in Finland and your application in Colombia to civil engineers.

The dimensions control, activity, applicability and aggregated value of the pedagogical usability are assessed for students, experts and investigator.

The article concludes with relevant aspects that a teacher in high level education of civil engineering has to consider when uses, designs applications for mlearning.

At technological aspect, the study recommends formats, programming languages for the development of VLO in mlearning.
