Abstract:
As an evaluating method, the ePortfolios of the students may offer a good communication interface between student and his tutor, coach or teacher. Before starting to use the ePortfolios in learning/teaching activities is very important to debate a main subject: the meaning of the intellectual property rights and of the struggle against plagiarism. Copy, then paste into a new document some data from the Internet is not a good solution for creating an ePortfolio.
Our students have to understand the importance of the Intellectual Property Rights and their education for promoting the respect of the Intellectual Property Rights is the first step in the ePortfolio creation activities.
Our paper aims is to discuss about the strengths and weakness aspects of the students’ formation activities developed for a better understanding of the plagiarism.
EPortfolios are able to improve the learning process when their creation respects the Learning Plan and the Intellectual Property Rights.
