Abstract:
Online education was an essential solution during the COVID-19 pandemic. Although the online mode in university education had been discussed for nearly two decades, it never saw such a level of adoption as in the years 2020-2022. After the pandemic ended, many universities reverted to their previous methods and forms of education. This article presents an example of continuing the online format even after the COVID-19 pandemic ended. Standardizing a hybrid form with significant support for online modalities and electronic lectures brought about a change in the student body structure. Based on references and experiences, a broader spectrum of students became interested in studying, both in terms of age and regional structure.

The article not only describes the approach to supporting education through online means but primarily presents the results achieved in terms of satisfaction based on student feedback evaluation.

Experiences and an examination of student data lead to the conclusion that online study makes education accessible to all interested parties without the limitations of distance, work commitments, family obligations, or other barriers that previously restricted many capable and prospective individuals from accessing quality higher education.

Hybrid teaching method with strong online support in an external study format thus emerges as a powerful tool in combating income inequality and supporting disadvantaged groups. This includes parents caring for children, people taking care of relatives, entrepreneurs engaged in intensive businesses, as well as individuals living in regions without direct access to higher education.
