Abstract:
Integrating technology into school education can have a negative impact on the well-being of teachers and students, affecting physical and mental health, work-life balance and overall quality of life. The POSITIVE LEARN project highlights the urgent need to address these challenges by rethinking educators' competencies, combining emotional e-literacies with digital skills, and developing learning scenarios that take technology-related stress into account. Furthermore, it emphasizes that co-creation can serve as a powerful enabler of well-being focused education.

The present paper explores the benefits of co-creation in education and presents a collaborative platform designed to empower teachers to co-create lessons that incorporate the principles of Positive Education, promoting student well-being and academic success. The platform promotes collaboration between educators and allows them to share ideas, resources and best practices for integrating positive pedagogy into learning courses and curricula.

Additionally, the paper explores how the co-creation platform can help address key challenges faced by educators, such as time constraints, need for interdisciplinary approaches and integration of well-being focused pedagogy into educational planning, and emphasizes the role of communities of educators in promoting reflective practices and peer support.

Finally, the paper highlights the importance of connecting schools to promote broader networks of educators committed to positive education and collaborative development in the context of open education.
