Abstract:
The main aim of this study is to show how the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) contributes to the improvement of communication between people in a classroom. The use of ICT allows tutors to improve teaching strategies as well as learning processes in order to eliminate any kind of discrimination from the classroom. Technology effectively shrinks the world through the exchange of knowledge and experiences. The diversity that exists in classrooms today is the result of cultural differences that stem from each child's origin, language and religion. This diversity has recently been reinforced by waves of migrants who are required to adapt to new societies while featuring – perhaps completely - different cultural background and living standards.

In this context, an analysis is presented on the role of ICT to bridge this gap. The existence of multiple intelligence contributes to overcoming diversity. The problem of diversity and of teaching all students, regardless of their ethnic or linguistic diversity, is centered on the issue of communication. The subject of this study is how Information and Communication Technologies make it possible to address learning preferences through the creation of a learning environment that has an integrated program of studies and emphasizes on cooperative learning and also addresses the challenge of the existing linguistic and cultural diversity.
