Abstract:
Sexting is the activity of sending explicit photos, images, text messages, or e-mails, by using primarily a cell phone or other mobile device with internet access, that are about sex or intended to sexually excite someone. It is a practice without physical contact among users. But precautions should be taken in order to avoid Sextortion, which is a type of cyberbullying. In the Sextortion the stalker, under the threat of spreading all the pornographic material, can forces the harassed (1) to send more images or videos; (2) to have physical and online sex with him; (3) or into prostitution.

To eradicate Sextortion one of the best mechanisms is prevention through education. Therefore Sexting users can know the risks arising from their practice, and the necessary skills to avoid becoming a victim of Sextortion.
