Abstract:
The objective of the article is to present the activities that have been developed to contribute to the elimination of the negative aspects of distance education, as have been found during the COVID-19 experiences at primary in Slovakia and Czech Republic.

The Panel of Experts and the User Guide for Teachers for online education provides a solution that can help the teacher to better organize their online education activities. Besides, using virtual reality and the 3D virtual world as learning environment enable the teacher to conduct distance learning - in virtual reality - but at the same time to be in direct contact with their pupils as if they were in their classroom. A significant advantage is the potential of digital technologies for an interesting form of knowledge presentation.

The gamification principles can be also applied and thus the teacher/trainer/tutor can not only to follow the study program as has been planned, but make learning process, affected by the actual COVID-19 limitations modern, attractive for Alfa generation of pupils and effective.
