Abstract:
The RUBIGAS and EBBEY are two projects supported by European Commission, which are in different ways involved in the problematic of innovative learning in the area of sustainable development.

The main aim of the project EBBEY is to supply vocational teachers with the tools to educate and inspire their students about the Bio Based Economy, to think and act green and stimulate them to make it part of their daily private and professional life. The end result of EBBEY will be practical learning and support materials on Bio Based Economy topics such as sustainability and renewable energy, to be used directly in and outside the class room. A multilingual online resource platform will be developed as well as a teacher-trains-teacher program.

On the other hand, RUBIGAS project focuses attention on support educational efforts to disseminate knowledge on agricultural biogas plants and renewable energy sources. Project partnership through developing of the vocational skills try to reduce effect an unemployment and migration. Ensuring supply of agro-energy plant, seems to be the best way to divert these processes, reduce the negative social phenomena and enabled sustainable development of local entrepreneurship, based on local natural resources and local renewable energy sources (RES). The RUBIGAS partnership plans to achieve these aims through development of innovative training resources which will support transfer of know-how and innovations through acquisition of new skills and competencies of farmers, farms employees and employees of agriculture sector related facilities.
