THE CONCEPT OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION SECURITY IN THE NEW EDUCATIONAL ONLINE ENVIRONMENT

Abstract:
The problem of preventing the radicalization of public communications in recent decades has been raised regularly both in the scientific and social and legal spheres. Nowadays, it has become relevant to consider it in the pedagogical (educational) environment. The psychological basis of radicalism as a socio-political phenomenon is such phenomena as destructiveness, deviance, deviant behavior, aggression, radicalization, addiction and a number of others. The conditionality of the phenomena by a number of mental deviations or personality manifestations is a factor that complicates the study of the psychological foundations of radicalization, but at the same time makes this problem to be the focus of pedagogical science, since many of the listed psychological phenomena manifest themselves most clearly in the educational space and environment of schools, universities, colleges.

In this article, we propose to consider the patterns of functioning of the phenomenon of information and communication security of a person in an educational environment, a cognitive-developing or overwhelming context of an aggressive information environment.

We introduced the term "information and communication security" into scientific circulation, gave it a definition, proposed the postulates and the conditions for the formation of this security in the educational environment with the direct participation of teachers (online and offline).

We used the method of problem modeling, and also carried out a number of experiments confirming that this security can be controlled - strengthened with specific psychological and pedagogical means and resources. The study is based on a number of scientific approaches - narrative, subjective, discursive and diachronic. Its results were tested with the participation of 110 students from 4 colleges and institutes.

The article is intended for psychologists, teachers, graduate students and researchers in the field of psychology and pedagogy.
