Abstract:
The present study aims to define guidelines on creating multimedia activities for interactive whiteboard for future teachers. To achieve this aim we have analyzed the use teaching models for interactive whiteboard and its functionality. We have tried to determine whether there is any relationship between these variables from the activities created by students from Primary Education Degree and Teacher Training Masters. We have also observed that that certain features are directly related to specific learning models. Furthermore, we have also seen that certain teaching models and some features of the interactive whiteboard are little used by future teachers. For what is needed to promote the use of a wider variety of resources that respond to the different learning speed and style. As a conclusion we think the results can improve the training of future teachers establishing guidelines for creating multimedia activities for interactive whiteboard.
