Abstract:
The implementation of numerous Educational Innovation Projects (PEI) within Spanish Universities, which has taken place over the last few years, can be considered as a laboratory for academic experimentation, results of which would define what grades would be like.
In these PEI, many have been the learning experiences including the use of innovative teaching tools. Because of this, their effectiveness should be assessed, as it is their positive effect what will determine their possible use within the existing grades.
One of these tools in particular, consisting on the implementation of a group activity, was the one that took place within the context of the PEI regarding the double degree “ADE-Derecho” of the University of Valencia, in a subject of quantitative character.
Therefore, the aim of the present work is the analysis, at descriptive level, of the results achieved by the use of this tool, by means of the evaluation of the student’s academic performance.
