Abstract:
The methodology for creating of video-educational tutorials is quite a complex discipline. Video-educational tutorials are a powerful tool by presenting various software applications. These include software products as AutoCAD, Photoshop and Premiere Pro etc. Applications are mainly used in the study of technical courses focused especially on ICT (Information and Communication Technologies). Presentations prepared by common slide show are impossible to use because modern software applications are developed for high-resolution monitors and a lot of tools and windows displayed on the desktop. To be able to teach students how to work with these applications effectively, it is necessary to create video-educational tutorials using screen captures and high-resolution imaging with the maximal quality and content. These tutorials are primarily created for students of combined study in the form of video instructions.

This paper deals with a creating of video-educational tutorials in high resolution with the possibility of using of audio comments and subtitles in various languages. These video-educational tutorials are primarily created for students of combined study, but also for international students and students with special needs (e.g. hearing-impaired students etc.) who may select the language or display subtitles in the selected language.
