Abstract:
This article proposes the creation of a community of lessons learned as a tool that contributes to knowledge management in organizations, taking into account that by identifying and analyzing these lessons, valuable information is obtained that organizations can use to improve their decision-making, generating competitive advantage and efficiency in their activities, and also does not allow knowledge to be focused on a few, or to be forgotten, mitigating errors that have already been made in the past or wasting an opportunity by not having the key knowledge derived from experience. Every day in organizations, lessons learned are generated that are only known by the professional or professionals who developed said activity, so this learning is not transferred or shared with other professionals who develop the same or similar activities, causing the same mistakes to be made or decisions not to be made that could generate greater value for the organization. Likewise, it has been identified that community learning provides better results due to the interaction of different people with individual experiences and perspectives, additionally, it allows the development of communication and leadership skills.
