Abstract:
The present work is a training proposal aimed at the entire educational community - understood as an assembly of teachers, students, parents associations, families and non-teaching staff, and in environments that are contextualized punished by social exclusion.

This initiative aims at the promotion of values education as a means of social inclusion for ethnic minorities. It aims to promote human rights, and to promote a society in which there are channels of integration, development and opportunities for groups at risk of social exclusion. Motivated by these goals, we need to develop such proposals tailored to the needs of these beneficiaries, in order to raise awareness of the situations of injustice and share responsibility to the educational community in its transformation.

Currently, appeals to values education as a tool with which to place the beginning of moral consciousness leading to new social behaviors, by all generations.

From the educational community, is necessary to relate as part of the curriculum, giving them the relevance it deserves in the educational process, which involves school. A process, which is necessary to involve the entire school community to transform reality in which it develops, bringing positive change to society. It aims to improve the living from the ability to share feelings and experiences with different people, from the necessary respect between all participants in the educational activity.
