Abstract:
This work focuses on the research of key factors of the emergence of conflict situations in the pedagogical collective. The author assumes, that the quality of the educational process depends a lot on relationships existing in the pedagogical collective. The survey showed principal reasons and forms of conflict’s manifestation in educational institutions, pedagogues’ level of conflictological literacy, behaviour strategies of a person in a conflict and as well as methods of prevention in conditions of collective’s pedagogical activity. As a result, the study revealed that at the current moment pedagogues don’t possess sufficient conflictological knowledge, that could help them in the resolution of conflict situations in their professional field, that is why to improve their conflictological literacy, special refresher courses are needed and also a compliment conflictological education, that would allow them to study different possibilities and ways to optimize the conflict resolution process and it would contribute to a more constructive conflict resolution.
